Vs 1 We see expectation here. Habakkuk is anticipating an answer from the Lord. He is ready and waiting on a reply. So many times we lose our will to wait on an answer because of our lack patience.

We don’t know anything personal about the author other that his name means embracer. He was one of those unique individuals that God chose the use for a specific message at a specific time.
